Business & Lab Use

This site and its products are intended for businesses, laboratories, institutions, and qualified professional buyers only.

Research Use Only

Products are offered strictly for lawful research use and are not sold for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or consumer application.

Europe-Facing Supply

These terms are drafted for Europe-facing distribution and operate alongside directly applicable EU and EEA rules and mandatory local law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or receiving a shipment from VitalPep Pro, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you act for a company, laboratory, university, reseller, or other legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity.

2. Research-Use-Only Products

VitalPep Pro peptide products and FlexPen presentations are supplied solely for legitimate laboratory and analytical research purposes. Unless VitalPep Pro expressly states otherwise in writing, products are not intended or offered as medicinal products, medical devices, food, feed, cosmetics, or consumer goods. They must not be used for human administration, veterinary administration, household use, or any unlawful purpose.

3. Eligibility and Buyer Verification

VitalPep Pro may limit supply to adult buyers acting on behalf of legitimate businesses, laboratories, research institutions, distributors, or other professional organisations. We may request company registration details, VAT information, institutional affiliation, end-use information, identity documents, shipping verification, or other compliance information before accepting or fulfilling any request.

4. Quotations, Orders, and Refusal Rights

All product listings, website content, inquiry responses, and quotations are invitations to do business and do not obligate VitalPep Pro to accept an order. We may reject, suspend, limit, or cancel any order or inquiry at any time where we reasonably believe that the destination, buyer, payment profile, documentation, or intended use may create a legal, regulatory, sanctions, fraud, diversion, safety, or reputational risk.

5. Europe Distribution and Regulatory Position

VitalPep Pro intends to supply products in a manner consistent with applicable laws governing substances and mixtures placed on the market in Europe, including REACH and CLP requirements where applicable. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that purchase, import, possession, storage, onward transfer, and use are lawful in the destination country and for the intended professional context. Any mandatory national or local rule in the destination jurisdiction remains the buyer’s responsibility to identify and follow.

If a product is shipped to, stored in, or onward-supplied within the EU or EEA, the buyer must not take any action that would cause the product to be marketed or presented in breach of applicable chemical, product-safety, transport, customs, or sector-specific rules.

6. Product Information, Labels, COAs, and Safety Documentation

Product descriptions, batch references, dosage manuals, COAs, and any technical or analytical documentation are provided for research and identification purposes only. Where required by applicable law, VitalPep Pro may provide labels, warnings, or safety documentation appropriate to the destination market. COAs are batch-specific and may be requested through the website or as otherwise instructed by VitalPep Pro.

The buyer must review all documentation supplied with the product, including any storage, handling, hazard, transport, or disposal information, before use or redistribution.

7. Storage, Handling, Transport, and Disposal

The buyer is responsible for proper receipt, inspection, temperature control, storage, handling, laboratory controls, staff training, transport after delivery, and lawful disposal. Temperature-sensitive products must be maintained according to the supplied storage instructions. Risk of degradation, contamination, or misuse after delivery rests with the buyer except to the extent non-excludable law provides otherwise.

8. Restricted Conduct

  • Do not sell or transfer products to consumers or for personal use.
  • Do not market, advertise, or describe products for human or veterinary use.
  • Do not remove, obscure, or alter batch data, research-use warnings, hazard information, or origin/compliance markings.
  • Do not relabel, repackage, subdivide, or combine products in a way that changes their regulatory presentation without first ensuring full legal compliance.
  • Do not make medical, therapeutic, efficacy, or safety claims not expressly authorised by applicable law.
  • Do not export, re-export, or onward-supply in violation of sanctions, customs, transport, or local product rules.

9. Inspection and Claims

The buyer must inspect shipments promptly upon receipt. Any issue involving visible damage, temperature excursion evidence, missing goods, or shipment discrepancy should be reported without undue delay together with supporting information reasonably requested by VitalPep Pro. Batch-related documentation requests should include the product name, batch or lot reference when available, and order reference if known.

10. Website Content and No Professional Advice

Website content is provided for general business and research information only. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, veterinary advice, regulatory advice, legal advice, or a guarantee that a product is lawful or suitable for a specific purpose in a specific jurisdiction. Buyers should obtain their own legal, regulatory, scientific, laboratory, customs, and compliance advice where needed.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, products and website materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for lawful professional research use. VitalPep Pro disclaims any liability arising from misuse, unlawful end use, improper storage, improper handling, relabelling, unauthorised resale, failure to follow supplied documentation, or use outside a controlled research setting. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory law.

12. Indemnity

The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold VitalPep Pro harmless from losses, claims, penalties, costs, or liabilities arising from the buyer’s breach of these terms, unlawful import or supply, improper marketing, consumer resale, prohibited end use, or failure to comply with applicable law or supplied handling instructions.

13. Governing Rules and Priority of Mandatory Law

These terms are intended to operate with directly applicable EU and EEA law and any mandatory law of the destination market. If a separate written supply agreement, distributor agreement, invoice term, or order confirmation issued by VitalPep Pro applies, that document controls to the extent of any conflict. Any provision that is unenforceable under mandatory law will be limited only to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the terms will continue in effect.

14. Contact

For legal, compliance, batch-documentation, or terms-related inquiries, please use the site contact form or COA request form so your request is routed to the appropriate admin team for review.
